REVEAL • REVIEW by oHLa :: Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream
Getting these products from Bourjois (Thailand) for quite a while and now it’s time to write a review of what I think and experienced accordingly.
Most of you may already be familiar with pen concealer since it’s been in the market for decades. Most of designer brands such as YSL, Dior, Burberry, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs are all having these kind of pen things offering to their customers. As they are so easy and convenient to use and so compact to bring around when out and about.
For Bourjois, the package is made of plastic though the tip is made of silicone unlike in those designer brands that having the brush at the outlets. When using, all you need to do is twisting at the bottom end then concealer will come out at the top.
I’ve got #21, #22, and #23
#21 – ivory
#22 – light beige
#23 – golden beige
For silicone tip, on one hand, it is a lot more hygienic than the brush tip because you can just easily clean it with tissue paper or wet wipe. However the tip is quiet hard so I barely tap it directly on my skin. Usually I use my fingertip to dab the product around my under-eyes and wherever the coverage is needed. With brush tip, it is much easier to use but a lot harder to clean thoroughly as concealer may stuck inside and this also may trap bacteria in it.
Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream gives medium coverage level yet a slight dry powdery effects. It is crucial that you put on enough moisturizer before using this especially those with dry skin. For my under-eyes #23 works just perfect. If you are looking for a budget concealer that easy to be used with medium coverage this might be a good choice.
Hope this helps
